5 stars.Airbnb. Immaculate, cosy apartment with everything you need (including tea ,coffee, sugar and milk). Excellent, clear instructions about all the facilities & everything worked perfectly. Patio looks like it'd be a lovely sunny place to eat int he Summer months- I was there in Feb, so didn't use. Location is really perfect:I popped into Brighton easily from nearby bus stops, there's lots around the Marina, beach and coastal walks and further afield:great base to explore from.

The apartment was lovely, warm and cosy, the parking space was right next to it. Everything you would need was there. Including a delicious welcoming lemon drizzle cake, milk, tea, coffee and towels, it even had a bath. We loved it and will be back.

A lovely stay in one of the best holiday accommodation we have visited. Scored 10/10. The owner's instructions were easy to follow. The communications from her before we travelled were very welcome and useful. We needed ground floor accommodation because of my wife's mobility problems, so this apartment was ideal. Another bonus was an allocated parking spot, which wasn't easy to find in other properties in Brighton. Being right in the Marina area was great as all sorts of cafes, restaurants and other facilities were nearby, plus Brighton centre is not far away. We didn't use the local buses, but from other visits to Brighton we know they provide a frequent and good service. The apartment is great, with a separate bedroom, and well equipped kitchen, and is close to the local restaurants and other facilities. Another bonus was tea and coffee and a lovely lemon cake waiting for us on arrival. The outside space (a terrace with table and chairs and pots of flowers was a nice extra). We didn't use it as the November weather was cold, but it would be lovely in warmer weather. The apartment had all we needed.

We love Brighton but are less keen on driving and parking in the city, so this apartment was perfect for us. The number 7 bus stop is just a couple of minutes away and plies very regularly back and forth. The apartment itself is bright and clean, with a very comfy bed and sofa, and the kitchen has all you need to prepare meals and picnics. The outdoor space is surprisingly large: we look forward to sitting there next time with (hopefully!) sunny weather.

Thank you for a lovely stay at your apartment. An amazing location with so many lovely places to eat within walking distance. Great to have a parking space right outside the door. Clear instructions for check in. The apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay including lovely touches like milk in the fridge and a delicious home made lemon cake. The host was excellent at communicating when we had a query. I would highly recommend and definitely visit again.

Amazing apartment, really has everything you need up to the smallest detail (a charger available if you forgot yours). The location is right on the marina walk with an option to walk all the way to town along the beach. Host is very thoughtful and presents and offers an amazing stay.

Fabulous apartment in beautiful location. Extremely quiet but with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, supermarket within 5 minutes walk. Buses also 5 minutes walk that take you into central Brighton, and beyond, approx every 7 minutes. The apartment has everything you need, is spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. It also has a small private garden. An added bonus is the designated free parking space. Altogether the apartment and its location is a real diamond of a holiday let.

The apartment was clean, spacious, light and had everything you needed. Kitchen well equipped and a car park right out the front door. Quick drive to restaurants, old town and beach. Bus stop and local restaurants a 2mins walk and supermarket 5mins. Pictures and description as shown. All text were promptly replied to. We were greeted with a delicious lemon cake, thank you .

Loved the flat. It was exactly what I needed with easy access to the restaurants and other amenities at the Marina (3 minute walk if that).
Host's information about check-in/check-out was all very clear and I had no problems. She also responded to my messages whilst I was there promptly and also there was a pint of semi-skimmed milk and most importantly a home-made lemon drizzle cake in the fridge waiting for me (which was delicious!).
Flat was clean with a nice area to sit outside in the sunshine and also has a bath which is not always the case with one bedroomed flats so that felt like a bonus. I would definitely recommend this flat to other people wishing to stay in Brighton Marina :)

My fiancée and I really enjoyed our stay in Brighton. A week was incredibly peaceful and quiet. There is so much to do near by with loads of restaurants, mini golf, bowling. The instructions on how to get to the place are so clear we found it straight away. It was so stress free for our very first visit to a new place. The bed is super comfortable even for my fiancée in her second trimester of pregnancy. The home itself is cozy with beautiful decor and a lovely garden we sat in every morning and evening. We cannot wait to return! Thank you x

Perfect flat for our 4 day stay.
Although the flat wasn’t huge, the tasteful furnishings and decor made it feel spacious. The parking space was right outside the flat entrance and the large, planted patio area would have been used a great deal if it hadn’t been for the weather !

What a lovely place to stay! The sun in the garden all day, lots of nice pubs and restaurants nearby in the marina and we never waited longer than 5 minutes for a bus into Brighton town centre. Thank you Esther!

Our short stay was very nice and peaceful. Host was there to greet us ,advising us where to find everything in the apartment , which was very cosy and clean. Bed was very comfortable .The patio was a pleasant place to sit out in after a busy day . We would like to stay longer next time.

We had a great time in Marina Waves, it was beautiful place next to marina and many good restaurants around. we enjoyed our stayed there .
