The Brighton Marina and local area
Brighton is a captivating blend of historic charm, modern attractions, and a seaside resort. Brighton Marina is located beside the sea and east of the famous Brighton Pier. It is the largest Marina in the UK and has plenty to do for all ages, within its picturesque waterfront surroundings. For those who prefer dry land why not hire an electric bike from the Marina Centre or enjoy many cliff walks that offer fabulous views or stroll along the east break water to watch the fishermen? It's possible to embark on a leisurely walk or cycle ride from Brighton Marina, along the beach. Travel through Brighton, to the elegant streets of Hove, taking in iconic landmarks and hidden gems along the way. Visit Brighton Pier, i360 tower, the Brighton shopping centre, the Royal Pavilion Summer Palace, Sea Life, Theatre Royal and the old Brighton Lanes; a quirky labyrinth of cobbled streets and home to restaurants bars and boutiques.
For those without a car but wishing to visit the local cute villages, the seaside towns of Eastbourne or Worthing or the lovely national parks at Birling Gap or Cuckmere Haven there are buses leaving regularly from the Marina.
